Our up-to-date plant comes packed with the most sophisticated processes and infrastructure. With its establishment over two decades ago, our plant is home to innovative equipment and technology, sourced from within as well as outside India.
From raw meat to final product
Raw material of the highest quality enters the plant, and undergoes elaborate processes of cleansing, marinating, cooking, vacuuming, packaging and scanning before finally being dispatched to the markets.
Raw Material Section
Raw meat procured from trusted suppliers arrives at the Raw Material Section of the plant. Here, a primary stage of refining of the meat takes place.
Cleaning Section
In the very same section, several sophisticated cleansing machines stand deployed for the cleaning of the fresh meat. Highest level of caution and care is maintained, so as to ensure utmost hygiene.
Tumbler Section
The fresh and cleansed meat enters huge metallic tumblers, containing herbs and spices, at our Tumbler Section. These tumblers are rotated at controlled speeds, and for specific periods of time, in accordance with the product being produced.
Chopping & Mincing Section
The marinated meat proceeds to the Chopping and Mincing Section. Here, as per the product's requirement, meat is cut or minced, with the help of cutting-edge tools and machinery.
RCB Line
For products like the oval patties and the chicken schnitzel, the RCB Line comes into play. Oiling and all other preparations required before sending these patties to the oven are done in this ultra-modern machine.
Vacuum Filler Machine
For products like sausages and salami rolls, the Vacuum Filler Machine plays a big part. Meat minced in the Chopping and Mincing Section is moulded and compressed in this machine to form these products.
Retort Machine
For producing the ready-to-eat products that are stored at room temperature, meat temperature needs drastic modification. This is achieved through the Retort Machine at our plant.
Cooking Section
We have installed some of the most sophisticated ovens, including Schroter Oven, Ellen Oven and Rational Oven. Meat is cooked to the core in these, without any loss of taste, moistness or tenderness.
Rational Oven
Here we can see the Rational Oven being operated, preparing delicious meat delicacies.
Frying Section
Many of our products need to be fried for which they are sent to our well-equipped Frying Section.
Dicing Machine
As we provide ingredients to the leading fast-food chains in India, like Domino's, we have to produce customized dices of chicken. For this, our efficient Dicing Machine comes into play.
Cutting Machine
In order to cut gigantic rolls of salami into thin, circular slices of tasty meat, we make use of our Cutting Machine that swiftly and proficiently carries out the task.
Packaging Section
Next to producing, the most important part of the process is packaging. All our finished products reach our well-organized Packaging Section, where a step-by-step process produces prudently and hygienically wrapped packets of delectable meat products.
Metal Scanner
The entire process ends at the Metal Scanner, where all the packets undergo the scan to make sure that none of them contain any metallic impurity.
